Richard Riordan Primary Center opened in 2003 as a nurturing environment for children in grades TK-1 in the vibrant Highland Park community. It is also the proud home of a Dual French Two-Way Immersion program for grades TK-5 and Preschool for All Learners (PALS) for students with disabilities.
